Project GoalsGalardi was moving out of a headquarters they had been in for years and into a new space at The Flight in Tustin. At the same time, there was a leadership transition to the next generation, which came with a big push to modernize the workplace.
They wanted to move away from traditional cubicles and paper heavy workflows and create something that felt more open, collaborative, and current. The challenge was doing that while still keeping the space grounded in the brand and the family’s history.
OUR approachWe approached it as a balance between honoring where they came from and where they’re going. The concept blended classic Wienerschnitzel elements with an Aspen cabin influence, which is a place the Galardi family spends a lot of time.
We brought that to life through a mix of modern workstations, custom pieces, and more expressive ancillary. There were some really fun moments in the space, like the bright red leather dining booths that nod to the brand, layered with warmer, more residential textures to soften it, like the custom live edge reception desk. Overall, the plan supported a more flexible, paperless way of working without losing personality.
